Why can’t I find the update in the Store?
Windows 8.1 can only be upgraded from WIndows Store if it is a OEM installation or a Windows “box” installation.
Windows 8 installed with a Volume media has to be upgraded with a Windows 8.1 media.
You can do that from SCCM 2012 R2 or MDT 2013 🙂
