Create an SCCM Application

Insert link to Lync 2013 in Google Play “https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.lync15&hl=da”

Click Next

Give the Application a name and Manufacture

Click Close

Now the Application is ready for deployment – but the naming is not user friendly.

Create the Application with a script and create deployement types for iOS, Android and Windows Phone at the same time

Onedrive link to script

And now the deployment type naming is more user freindly
